Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (zucchini, carrots, bean sprouts)
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Fry eggs in a pan with sesame oil. Set aside
- Add mixed vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for 5 minutes
- Add cooked rice, Gochujang and soy sauce to the pan. Stir-fry for 2 minutes
- Serve rice bowl with a fried egg on top
