Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (zucchini, carrots, bean sprouts)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Fry eggs in a pan with sesame oil. Set aside
  2. Add mixed vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for 5 minutes
  3. Add cooked rice, Gochujang and soy sauce to the pan. Stir-fry for 2 minutes
  4. Serve rice bowl with a fried egg on top
